    • We will send notices to areas of your neighborhood to reach prospective buyers via a target mailing immediately after listing (50 pieces). High Gloss, attractive mailing announcing your home for sale.

  • Open Houses
    • Public Open Houses - we will conduct Open Houses periodically unless otherwise directed for the general public, most always on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at a convenient time.
    • Sign - we will place our attractive Boardwalk Real Estate Corp. sign on your property.
    • Appointments - all appointments will be made through our ShowingTime App, which keeps track of all showings. Our office encourages and cooperates with all Brokers, as this is the proven way to receive the greatest price for your home. "ShowingTime” Showing Log System automatically emails showing agents and tracks appointment times and Buyer Feedback.

  • Offers
    • As the marketing manager of your property I will present all offers to insure the acceptance of any offer will be in the best possible terms and in the Seller's best interest.  I will sit down with you and explain how this process works.

  • Financing
    • We work with numerous banks, mortgage companies and have also been a licensed mortgage broker and real estate appraiser. This enables me to foresee any potential problems that a Buyer may have with financing and any issues that a lender may have with the bank appraisal on the property, and be able to do what’s necessary to prevent them.  I require that Buyer’s agents submit a full pre-approval for their Buyer’s financing to me with all offers!
